The arrangement (CA) has end sections (12aL, 12aR) comprising horizontal end area and vertical end area, where the end sections are fastened to respective through holes (24L, 24R) in a rotatable manner over a retaining sleeve (30). The through holes are formed in frame units (22L, 22R), where each through hole has longitudinal hole area and circular hole area. The retaining sleeve having a through boring and a groove section is designed in an elastically deformable manner, where end area of a crank unit is supported in the through boring in a rotatable manner.
