The device has a clamping piece (1) motor vehicle-stabilizer bar clamping piece, including an arc-shaped external wall (U) that is forwarded in cross section and opened to a connection side in mounting condition. The clamping piece includes forward pointed flank surfaces (FL, FR) outwardly extending in opposing direction from the external wall, where the surfaces lie opposite to both the sides of the external wall.
