The machine has two groups of individual drives (A1G1, A2G1, A3G2, A4G2) and a rectifier (G) which provides constant intermediate circuit voltage (VZ) for parallel branches (P1-Pn). The individual drives are attached according to power consumption of the group of drives with high power consumption or the group of drives with low power consumption. The individual drives (A1G1, A2G1) of one of groups in the parallel branches (P1, P2) and the individual drives (A3G2, A4G2) of another group are serially connected with each other to form the parallel branch (P3).
