The fitting has an elongated square block (2) attached at a supporting component i.e. frame. The square block is provided in full length with a borehole (3). A shaft on a spring is inserted into the borehole. The square block has a transverse-lying slot (4) near an upper edge of the borehole. A short flat part (10) is attached at a supported component i.e. leaf, and formed as an eyelet and rounded at an end. The square block is inserted into the slot. The shaft on the spring is clamped by the eyelet of the flat part. The square block and flat part are connected and locked with each other.
