<p>An optical restriction to force a telecentric optical system to be used, and a restriction on the quantity of treatment, in which degraded-image restoration has to be performed several times, have been present in the prior art. Provided is an image photographing device comprising: an observed image photographing unit (221) for photographing a common object in a plurality of diaphragm stop patterns to thereby acquire a plurality of observed images; a computing unit (222) for computing optical transmission characteristics corresponding to the distance to the object; and a distance operating unit (206) for computing the distance to the object based on the observed images and the optical transmission characteristics. Also provided is an image photographing device comprising: an observed image photographing unit (221) for photographing a common object in a plurality of diaphragm stop patterns to thereby acquire a plurality of observed images; a computing unit (222) for computing optical transmission characteristics corresponding to the distance to the object; an optical transmission characteristic operating unit (206) for computing the optical transmission characteristics, in which the quantity of blur becomes the minimum based on the observed images and the optical transmission characteristics; and a blur restoring unit (207) for restoring the blur of an image by making use of the optical transmission characteristics in which the quantity of blur becomes the minimum, to thereby acquire a focused image.</p> |
