PURPOSE: A method for post-issuing an application for a smart card is provided to realize a smart card associated with a network card in a network card terminal, thereby providing various smart card services through an existing card. CONSTITUTION: Network routing information is extracted from a network card(745). A smart card application management area is accessed based on the extracted network routing information. Smart card personalization information and an application for a smart card are identified. A card terminal post-issues the identified smart card application(750,755). |
