A base station device is provided with a signal transmitter for transmitting to a mobile station device a signal having data arranged in a natural number of resource blocks positioned in the frequency direction in each of a plurality of bands and a signal which includes information for specifying the plurality of bands. A mobile station device is provided with a signal receiver and a data extraction unit. The signal receiver receives a signal which includes information for specifying the plurality of bands from the signal transmitter via any of the plurality of bands. Then, based on the information for specifying the plurality of bands, the signal receiver receives from the signal transmitter the signal having data arranged in a natural number of resource blocks positioned in the frequency direction. The data extraction unit extracts data from the signal having data arranged in a natural number of resource blocks positioned in the frequency direction, which was received by the signal receiver.
