The present invention relates to an integrated pogo pin and a production method therefor. Pogo pin production costs are significantly lowered as parts including the upper probe, the lower probe, the main body and a sheet shaped resilient body are all produced from a single sheet shaped material in a continuous stamping process, and the number of parts is reduced and a plurality of pogo pins are continuously produced simultaneously. Further, because of the integrated structure, the present invention has the advantageous effect of improving reliability since it alleviates non-uniformity of impedance in pogo pins as has previously occurred in pogo pins of the prior art due to factors such as non-uniformity of characteristics in the different parts, and imperfect contact and contact resistance between the parts. |
