A dozer device in which a structure thereof on the rear side of a blade is compact in size. This is achieved by reducing the overall lengths of a vertical shaft and a longitudinal shaft and by reducing the vertical distance from the longitudinal shaft to a tilt cylinder with the strength of the shafts maintained at a satisfactory level. A dozer frame (3) vertically moved by a dozer cylinder (S1) is supported on a travel machine body (2) through a lateral shaft X. A supporting body (4) rocked in the longitudinal direction by an angle cylinder (S2) is supported on the dozer frame (3) through a vertical shaft Y. A blade (5) vertically rocked by a tilt cylinder (S3) is supported on the supporting body (4) through a longitudinal shaft Z. The supporting body (4) supports the longitudinal shaft Z below and in front of the vertical shaft Y, and the tilt cylinder (S3) is mounted at a position which is above and in front of the vertical shaft Y and above the longitudinal shaft Z.
