A lighting fixture which can illuminate only a place to be illuminated exactly by simple arrangement without causing cost increase and can reduce unnecessary light as much as possible comprises a reflector (10), and a light source lamp (30) arranged in the reflector (10). The reflector (10) has a front reflective portion (11) formed by combining a plurality of planes and arranged in front of the light source lamp (30), a rear reflective portion (12) arranged in the rear of the light source lamp (30), an upper reflective portion (13) arranged above the light source lamp (30), and a side reflective portion (14) arranged on the side of the light source lamp (30). Both the front reflective portion (11) and the rear reflective portion (12) are inclining forward.
