<p>The cell-chip system comprises an inlet chamber (12), a main chamber (14), in which a cell culture chamber (20) is present with a sensor chip (22) at its bottom area, an outlet chamber (16), an inlet channel provided between the inlet chamber and the cell culture chamber, and an outlet channel provided between the cell culture chamber and the outlet chamber. Cylindrical microstructures influencing the liquid flow are provided in the area of the inlet channel and the outlet channel, and are provided in respective connecting channels. The microstructure is formed as flow distributor. The cell-chip system comprises an inlet chamber (12), a main chamber (14), in which a cell culture chamber (20) is present with a sensor chip (22) at its bottom area, an outlet chamber (16), an inlet channel provided between the inlet chamber and the cell culture chamber, and an outlet channel provided between the cell culture chamber and the outlet chamber. Cylindrical microstructures influencing the liquid flow are provided in the area of the inlet channel and the outlet channel, and are provided in respective connecting channels. The microstructure is formed as flow distributor, and has the shape of prism with isosceles triangle or trapezoid as a base, where the isosceles trapezoid has a height of 0.1-0.4 mm, the curve of the parallely arranged sides has a length of 0.02-0.05 mm and the length of the parallely arranged sides has a length of 0.1-0.35 mm. The microstructure is formed as nappy pattern, as transverse grooves in the bottom wall and/or the covering wall of the connecting channel and as body with lens-shaped, oval or ellipsoidal base, and has a height of 10-1000 mu m.</p> |
