A three-dimensional CAD model creating device comprises: a table creating section for creating tabular form data in which variation logic which is the correspondence of a variation state which is one form after the deformation of a three-dimensional CAD model and a condition for satisfying to make a transition to the variation state is described for each variation state with respect to the three-dimensional CAD model; a data conversion section for converting each variation logic set to the created tabular form data into the description by a predetermined programming language to create a model stored program; a model stored program IO section for registering the converted model stored program in the three-dimensional CAD model; and a three- dimensional CAD software section for, upon reception of an operation to deform the three-dimensional CAD model, deforming the three-dimensional CAD model on the basis of the operation and each variation logic described in the model stored program registered in the three-dimensional CAD model.
