Use of at least one systemically applicable, preferably peroral monoterpene and at least one topically applicable, preferably inhalative respiratory therapeutic agent for prophylactic or therapeutic treatment, preferably combination therapy and/or co-medication, of respiratory diseases, preferably bronchopulmonary diseases, is claimed. An independent claim is also included for a combination therapeutic agent, preferably in the form of a kit for treating respiratory diseases, comprising the monoterpene and the respiratory therapeutic agent.
