<p>Gas-distributing mechanism of four-cycle internal combustion engine, contains two stack- mounted camshafts, each one of which is installed on bearings 13 and 14 in the cylinder head 1 and represents the rotating spool-type device with the rotating external spool 3 having inlet and outlet gates and with internal spool 4 providing gas-distributing phase lengths adjustment and having channels. Each channel in the cylinder head 1 is fitted with clearance thermal changing compensator 6 made in the form of radial spring- mounted element. Compensator 6 made in by powder metallurgical technique. The head 1 is made decomposable of upper and lower parts 2 and 7. Drive of external spool 3 is made of crankshaft pulley and that of internal spool 4- from stepping motor, drive of external spool 3 is fitted with opening angles adjustment coupler. The external spool 3 could be made with rectilinear or bow-shaped generator. Ignition plug 10 and spay cone 11 could be located between two camshafts or located along the edges of the cylinder head 1. At that the engine's effective coefficient of performance is increased, engine's compactness is increased, burning-out probability is reduced, reliability is increased, noise level is reduced, engineering design is simplified.</p> |
