Microcapsule (I) comprises silicic acid dispersed in oil. Independent claims are included for: (1) a liquid washing- or cleaning-agent, comprising the microcapsules; (2) textile washing process, comprising washing a textile fabric using the liquid washing- or cleaning-agent, especially in an automatic washing machine; and (3) a process for preparing microcapsules comprising: either dispersing highly dispersed silicic acid in an oil; and encapsulating the obtained mixture; or condensation of partially methylated melamine-formaldehyde resin in water, in which water insoluble, capsule core binding oil comprising highly dispersed silicic acid is dispersed in the presence of protective colloids, and obtaining a microcapsule dispersion by preforming the microcapsules and subsequent hardening of the capsule wall, where a surfactant is preferably used to stabilize the resulting microcapsule dispersion; or mixing the liquid washing or cleaning agents with the microcapsule dispersion, preferably by stirring the microcapsule dispersion in liquid washing or cleaning agent matrix or by continuous addition in the liquid washing or cleaning agent and mixing static mixing elements.
