PURPOSE: An illuminating turn on/off electronic controller is provided to remove inconvenience for controlling power in an unmanned system by blocking or supplying power in a specific time band, and to efficiently save power. CONSTITUTION: An illuminating turn on/off electronic controller includes the following: a time setup unit(2) designating a time band for power supply or cut-off through switch operation; a function display unit(3) displaying a time setting process; a main controller(4) performing a power supply or a cut-off process through a turn-on/off controller(6); and the turn-on/off controller supplying a power supply control signal to a lamp unit(7).
