MAGNETIC CARRIER, TWO-COMPONENT DEVELOPER, AND IMAGE-FORMING METHOD

A magnetic carrier having magnetic carrier particles containing at least magnetic core particles and a resin.  The resistivity of the magnetic carrier at the electric field intensity of 1.0 × 103 V/cm as determined by measuring the dynamic impedance is not less than 1.0 × 106 O·cm but not more than 1.0 × 1010 O·cm.  The electric field intensity E(109) at which the resistivity of the magnetic carrier is 1.0 × 109 O·cm is not more than 2.0 × 104 V/cm.  The electric field intensity E(108) at which the resistivity of the magnetic carrier is 1.0 × 108 O·cm is not less than 5.0 × 103 V/cm but not more than 2.8 × 104 V/cm.  The ratio between the electric field intensity E(108) and the electric field intensity E(109) (E(108)/ E(109)) is not less than 1.0 but not more than 5.0.
