A motion compensation image can be corrected by a method appropriate for a local property of a dynamic image while suppressing a code amount.  Provided is a dynamic image encoding device including three motion compensation image correction units (11, 12, 13) of different correction methods.  The dynamic image encoding device is configured so that switching can be performed between motion-compensated images (109) corrected by the correction units to be used as a prediction image (106).
