The burner has an inner distributor element (5) forming a distributor chamber (3) at a central oil nozzle (4). An inlet opening (12) is provided for combustion air in an area of the oil nozzle. A nozzle holder (6) is provided with an oil pre-heater, and a combustion air channel (7) is connected to an upstream arranged blower. A cylindrical fuel element (1) has an auxiliary fuel upper surface (8) for a heating flame on a front side turned towards the oil nozzle. The fuel upper surface (8) acts on an air heat exchanger (9) for preheating the combustion air. |
