PURPOSE: Interior and exterior decorative material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control humidity in a room and remove toxin in a room by forming a finishing layer of natural material. CONSTITUTION: Interior and exterior decorative material comprises a base layer(110), an insulation layer(120) and a finishing layer(130). The insulation layer has preset thickness. The insulation layer is made of urethane. The finishing layer is formed on one side of the insulation layer. The base layer is formed on the other side of the insulation layer. The base layer contacts with the installed wall part.
