PURPOSE: A fluorescent microscope and a remote control system thereof are provided to change the experimental environment and carry out observation through remote control while the user is not in a laboratory. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent microscope(100) comprises a stage, an objective lens, a light source, an image sensor(140) which converts light to an electric signal, a display unit(150), a control unit(160), and a wireless transceiver(170) which receives a command input to the control unit and transmits an image to outside. The stage, the objective lens, the light source, the image sensor, the display unit, the control unit, and the wireless transceiver are formed in a body.
