PURPOSE: An electric oven is provided to prevent loss of steam inside a cavity during cooking by supplying water through a water inlet, thereby not needing to open a door. CONSTITUTION: An electric oven comprises a case, a cavity, a steam tray(70), a nozzle(60), a tube(40), and a water inlet(30). The case forms the outer appearance. The cavity is installed inside the case. The steam tray is installed inside the cavity. The nozzle supplies water to the nozzle. The tube is connected to the nozzle. The water inlet supplies the water to the tube. The water inlet is formed above the front side of the case for insertion.
