PURPOSE: Sporting goods for lower part of body is provided to reinforce muscular strength of lower body by pressing a plurality of footholds in order according to inputted program and to enable a user to enjoy while exercising. CONSTITUTION: Sporting goods for the lower part of body comprises: a main body in which a plurality of seating grooves(112) are formed in upper side; a foothold(120) inserted into the seating groove; and a driving unit rising or dropping the foothold; a control unit controlling operation of the driving part. The driving part comprises an actuator(132) operated according to the signal of control unit and sensors(134u,134d) for sensing the elevation. A cushion pad(122) is attached to upper side of the foothold.
