PURPOSE: A cooling/heating boiler is provided to raise the temperature of water supplied to a washstand or a sink by circulating the water supplied from waterworks to a heating pipe. CONSTITUTION: A cooling/heating boiler comprises a boiler(100), a heating inlet pipe(110), a hot water pipe(120), a feedwater pipe(130), a heating outlet pipe(140), a valve bundle, and an operating tool. The heating inlet pipe, the hot water pipe, the feedwater pipe, the heating outlet pipe are formed in the boiler. The valve bundle comprises a first valve(210), a second valve(220), a third valve(230), a fourth valve(240), a fifth valve(250), and a sixth valve(260). The first valve opens and closes the heating inlet pipe. The second valve opens and closes the hot water pipe. The third valve opens and closes the feedwater pipe. The fourth valve opens and closes the heating outlet pipe. The fifth valve opens and closes while connecting the heating inlet pipe and the hot water pipe. The sixth valve opens and closes while connecting the feedwater pipe and heating outlet pipe. The operating tool is coupled with each valve and opens and closes each valve at once. |
