PURPOSE: A wireless communication method and a terminal are provided to reduce the cross-talk by lowering the required transmitting power. CONSTITUTION: A data rate control unit transmits the transmission data at the encoding basis to each block. If the non-error of transmission is informed, the data rate control unit closes the transmission. If non-error of transmission is not informed, the data rate control unit transmits the next block of the transmission block. If non-error is not informed after the completion of transmitting all blocks, the data rate control unit repeats the transmission from the forefront block.
