PURPOSE: A biomarker containing SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) is provided to diagnose aspirin sensitivity without directly administering aspirin. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing aspirin hypersensitivity contains two or more DNA sequences selected from sequence numbers 1-43. A method for preparing biomarker for diagnosing aspirin sensitivity comprises: a step of genotyping DNA(genomic DNA) of a patient having asthma with aspirin sensitivity and a patient having asthma without aspirin sensitivity; a step of analyzing relation between aspirin sensitivity and SNP genotyping result with multiple regression analysis to select SNP having high relation; a step of selecting SNP having 0.05 or less of p-value; and a step of performing stepwise regression and selecting SNP having 0.05 or less P value.
