PURPOSE: A three-dimensional geographical information client apparatus and server device are provided to realize realistic building modeling processing and high-resolution image. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional geographical information generator(560) generates three dimensional geographical information by data of three-dimensional geographical information device. A three-dimensional geographical information visualizing module(565) manages data for generating three dimensional geographical information. A data transceiving unit(562) transmits and receives the data. A screen clipping unit selects visible section at random view point.
