PURPOSE: A diaphragm device is provided to reduce axial line directional size of a rotor of an actuator, thereby reducing the entire thickness of the diaphragm device. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm shoulder(30) is arranged on a base frame(11). A rotative-type actuator(100) drives the diaphragm shoulder. An operation delivery device delivers the operation of the actuator to the diaphragm shoulder. A rotor(130) of the actuator is supported to rotate in a casing.
