PURPOSE: A coupling device and working machine and tractor including the same are provided, which improve durability and work efficiency of the coupling device by enlarging rotation angle between the working machine and tractor. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device and working machine comprises a central axis(110) having the length of the vertical direction; a first gear unit(120) transferring the horizontal turning force of the driving shaft by the vertical turning force of the central axis; a first frame(140) supported in a tractor; a second gear unit(130) transferring the vertical turning force of the central axis by the horizontal turning force of the driven shaft; and a second frame(150) supported in the working machine.
