PURPOSE: A rotor of brushless motor is provided to obtain fast rotation from identical torque by diminishing the weight of rotor and to improve the response of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor(200) comprises a shaft(210), an iron core part(220) for rotor, a permanent magnet(230), and a non-magnetic material protecting duct(240). The iron core part for rotor has a laminated core structure. The laminated core structure includes a plurality of non-oriented electric steel sheets. The iron core part for rotor is fixed in the shaft. An opening for fixing axis is formed in the center of the iron core part for rotor. Permanent magnets are attached in the circumference of the iron core part for rotor by using bonding materials. The non-magnetic material for protecting duct is pressed in order to surround the permanent magnet. A cavity is formed in the iron core part for rotor.
