PURPOSE: A cold-storage material is provided to drop an ice point while keeping cold temperature, to keep food and drink at a low temperature for a long time, and to be used in long distance delivery. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cold-storage material comprises the steps of: obtaining gel type super absorbent resin by absorbing water to highly absorptive resin; injecting sodium chloride or aqueous solution thereof to the gel type super absorbent resin. An ice pack accepts the cold-storage material. The pack comprises an inner skin part forming an accommodation space containing the cold-storage material; and outer skin part made of materials absorbing dews.
