PURPOSE: A write driver is provided to maintain the stability of an output line by including a control latch part which decides whether to enable a driving signal and whether to activate a global input/output line. CONSTITUTION: A driving signal generating part is activated in response to an enable signal. The driving signal generating part(100) differentially amplifies inputted data. The driving signal generating part generates the first and the second driving signal. A driving part(10) drives a global input/output line in response to the first and the second driving signal. A control latch part activates or deactivates according to the level of a global input and output line and whether the first and second driving signals are enabled or not. A control latch part(200) latches the global input/output line. |
