PURPOSE: A brain wave guidance system and a signal generating method are provided, which can improve studying faculty since a user can study while a brain wave being guided without damage of the audio original sound. CONSTITUTION: A brain wave guidance system comprises a key input unit(102) inputting the brain wave guidance sound source generation command; an audio signal input section(104) inputting the external audio signal; audio signal frequency; a brain wave guidance sound source generating part(108) generating the binaural beat using 15~20KHz frequency sound source; an audio processing part(110) outputting the mixed sound source; and a controller(112) controlling the audio processing part.
