PURPOSE: An abnormal current detecting sensor without power supply is provided to manage a thunderbolt or a surge current in the remote by driving a switch of an output end after converting a current signal to a time signal. CONSTITUTION: An abnormal current detecting sensor without power supply comprises the following: a noncontact detector(10) detecting surge input from a detected line; a micro capacitor(30) storing DC components outputted from an input forming part; an amplifier(40) amplifying surge signals stored on the micro capacitor; a delay signal(50) converting an output signal to switching signals; an output forming part(70) transmitting switching results of a switch unit with driving power.
