PURPOSE: An apparatus for pulverizing food waste is provided to smoothly pulverize solids such as bones included in the food waste with a pulverizing blade mounted on a board horizontally rotated, and to improve pulverizing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for pulverizing food waste comprises the following: a supply pipe(210) transferring the food waste; a center hole discharging the food waste and connected to the supply pipe; an upper fixing board(220) having a hooking bar(224) protruded towards the bottom; a lower rotating board(230) with a pulverizing blade(232); a torque offering unit(270) rotating the lower rotary board; and an outer pipe(250) having a discharge hole discharging the food waste.
