PURPOSE: An upper protection pipe of an observation well with a rotating pulley is provided to install and lift up an electric wire in a desired direction. CONSTITUTION: An upper protection pipe of an observation well with a rotating pulley comprises an observation well protector(100) and a rotation supporter(120). The observation well protector is installed in the top end of an observation well(110), and protects the observation well. And the observation well protector prevents all kinds of contaminants from flowing in. The rotation supporter rotates a pulley(140) in any direction. The pulley guides an electric wire(160) connected with a sensor. |
