POWER SUPPLY WITH VARIABLE PULSE USING ELECTROMAGNETIC FORMING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A pulse-type power supply apparatus applied to an electromagnetic molding apparatus is provided to variably apply an output voltage according to used each objects by performing setting function and changing function. CONSTITUTION: A first rectifying part(210) changes commercial AC source to DC power supply. A DC-DC convertor part(220) changes unstable direct current voltage to stable direct current voltage set by a user. A smoothing condenser(230) charges output voltage of the DC-DC convertor part. A DC-AC inverter part(240) changes the direct current voltage of the smoothing condenser to AC voltage. A high frequency transformer(250) boosts AC voltage of the DC-AC inverter unit. A second rectifying part(260) changes the boosted high pressure AC power source to the high pressure DC power. A capacitor bank(270) charges the high pressure DC power until the power reaches to set value. A trigger(280) performs switching operation according to the trigger signal.
