PURPOSE: A server client system and a server machine are provided to supply an electronic manual which can be easily referred to a user. CONSTITUTION: An inquiry data receiver(110) of a server machine(100) receives inquiry data from a contact center(30). An inquiry database(120) records the inquiry data. An adjuster(130) transmits and receives various information between the server machine and each client machine(200). A manual data storage unit(210) of the client machine stores manual data. If a user indicates display of a manual on a manipulation screen, a manual manager unit(220) indicates execution of the display to a related element. A manual configuring unit(230) configures a manual based on the manual data. A manual display unit(240) displays the configured manual on a monitor.
