PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus and a computer-readable recording medium for solving questions of a user between users during the use of contents are provided to supply an answer for a question in real time, thereby satisfying a requirement of a questioner. CONSTITUTION: A question content receiver of a server provides a user interface for asking a question to a questioner terminal(S202). A question content is received from the questioner(S203). At least one user among users who currently access a server is selected as an answerer for the question(S206). An answer content is received from the selected answerer(S208). The received answer content is transmitted to the questioner (S209). The server provides predetermined compensation to the answerer(S210).
