PURPOSE: A semiconductor IC with a switching variable resistance part is provided to reduce temporary unstable phenomenon by including a switching variable resistance part with a switching function and a variable resistance function. CONSTITUTION: A supply voltage input terminal receives a supply voltage. The pulse generating part generates a variable amplitude pulse after receiving an input pulse. A switching variable resistance part(350) answers to the variable amplitude pulse. The switching variable resistance part switches a current in the input terminal of the supply voltage or restricts the current. The source terminal of the switching variable resistance part is connected to the supply voltage input terminal. The switching variable resistance part connects a variable amplitude pulse generating part(150) to a gate terminal. The switching variable resistance part is composed of PMOS transistors.
