PURPOSE: A method for producing solid state fermented medicinal herbs is provided to extend a lifespan of the medicinal herbs with a large amount of microorganisms by molding the fermented medicinal herbs to a granule or a pill state. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing solid state fermented medicinal herbs comprises the following step: making grains such as corn, brown rice, bean, and barley etc to puffed rice; manufacturing extract of the fermented medicinal herbs with a separated process; fermenting the medicinal herbs by inoculating spawn on the medicinal herbs; dipping the puffed rice on the herbal medicine fermentation liquid; fermenting the puffed rice; and drying the fermented puffed rice. |
