PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for relieving xeroderma containing Struthio camelus oil is provided to enhance skin moisturization and control keratin layer formation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for relieving xeroderma contains 1.0-10.0 weight% of Struthio camelus oil, 1.0-10.0 weight% of Echinacea purpurea extract, 1.0-5.0 weight% of Leptospermum scoparium, and 0.1-10.0 weight% of Podocarpus totara extract. The extract is isolated using distilled water, ethanol, methanol, propanol, butanol, acetone, ethylacetate, hexane, hydrous butyleneglycol, hydrous propyleneglycol or hydrous glycerin. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of basic cosmetic product, cleansing product, makeup cosmetic product, or cosmetic product for baby.
