PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a corner panel and a corner panel manufactured thereof are provided to improve an airtight seal, strengthen a corner panel, and simplify the manufacturing process excluding a separate junction part. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a corner panel comprises the steps: preparing a setting jig(S11), loading a polyurethane foam precursor including a continuous strand mat on the setting jig(S12), raising the setting jig(S13), and forming a polyurethane foam including the continuous strand mat(S14). The rising speed of the setting jig is 10 to 300 mm/min. The setting jig comprises a pair of blades contacting each other. The rising of the setting jig is implemented with the contact part of the blades as the axis.
