PURPOSE: A method, an apparatus and a computer-readable recording medium for answering questions issued by a user during the use of contents are provided to answer questions generated during the use of contents, thereby providing a real time answer for a question. CONSTITUTION: One or more users among users using contents are bounded in one group to configure at least one answerer group. A question content is received from a questioner with a question(S203). One or more answerer groups among the answerer groups are selected(S205). At least one user among users who belong to the answerer group and currently access a current server are selected for an answer for the question(S207). An answer content is received from the selected answerer(S209). The received answer content is transmitted to the questioner(S210).
