PURPOSE: A decoration plate glass manufacturing method and apparatus thereof is provided which facilitates the post processing by performing the fusion of a crystal ice and a plate glass in the melting peak, and therefore the parent plate glass becomes a normal plate glass. CONSTITUTION: A decoration plate glass manufacturing method comprises the steps of: inserting a plate glass with a crystal ice into a horizontal heating furnace(4) having the temperature control range of 500~800 deg C; moving the plate glass in the heating furnace back and forth to heat until the target heating temperature based on the melting point of the crystal ice; transferring the plate glass to a first cooler(6) when the temperature hits the melting peak; moving the plate glass in the first cooler back and forth to cool the plate glass until the first target cooling temperature; transferring the plate glass to an annealing furnace tunnel(10); and secondly cooling the plate glass slowly to get a decoration plate glass. |
