PURPOSE: A block for construction is provided to minimize albinism, crack, and a water leakage of a building, and to securely arrange reinforcing bars vertically and horizontally. CONSTITUTION: A block for construction comprises a first external wall(110), a second external wall(120), a connection(130), and an insulating material(140). The first and second external walls are faced each other, and separated each other. Concavo-convex joints(111,121) are formed on the inner side of the first and the second external wall. Water leak prevention grooves(113,123) are formed on the outer surface of the first and the second external wall. The connection connects the first and second external walls. A first mounting groove(131) for mounting a horizontal reinforcing bar is formed in the top of the connection. The insulating material is installed in a space formed by the first and second external walls and the connection.
