PURPOSE: A high voltage measuring apparatus is provided to optimize analysis effects by promptly confirming a minimized value in which noise and harmonics effects are minimized in a measuring place and measuring effective values of a distorted voltage waveform with an RMS(Root Mean Square) type. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage measuring apparatus comprises the following; a measurement voltage input unit(10) falling measurement target voltage to an effective conversion level; an effective voltage generator(20) generating effective voltage; an amplifier(30) amplifying the produced effective voltage to measurable voltage; a converter(40) converting the amplified voltage to digital data; and a voltage measuring unit(50) measuring the size of the measured voltage according to converted digital data. |
