PURPOSE: An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce outgassing of a bank pattern by forming one intaglio pattern or more on the bank pattern. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is formed on a substrate. An anode electrode is connected to the TFT. A bank pattern(BANK) is formed between the TFT and the anode electrode. An intaglio pattern(30) is formed on an upper surface of the bank pattern. An organic electroluminescent compound layer is formed on the bank pattern and the anode electrode. A cathode electrode(CAT) is formed on the organic electroluminescent compound layer.
