PURPOSE: A trephine drill for implant is provided, which can make alveolar bone punched accurately and easily can eliminate alveolar bone part from the inner side of the hole body. CONSTITUTION: A trephine drill for implant comprises a hole body(10) in which a cutter(11) for punching the alveolar bone prepares in one end and a penetration hole is formed in the other end part; and a rod body(30) which is combined with the hole body and controls the drilling depth of the alveolar bone in boring. The trephine drill for implant more includes a location fixing unit(50) fixing the relative location of the load body about the hole body.
