PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a light transmissive plate for a ceiling lamp is provided to achieve uniform thickness of plate and prevent drooping after installation of the plate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a light transmissive plate for a ceiling lamp comprises the steps of fixing a packing to the upper edges of a transparent glass panel with tongs, pouring an acrylic resin on the top of the transparent glass panel, laying decoration fibers(50) on the acrylic resin(40), placing the rough face of a translucent glass panel on the transparent glass panel, attaching the transparent glass panel and the transparent glass plate and the translucent glass panel by removing the tongs successively, holding the edges of the attached panel with the tongs again, hardening the acrylic resin of a molded product while maintaining the temperature of a tub at 45~47°C for 4~5 hours, raising the tub temperature to 74~76°C and gradually lowering to 50°C, bringing out the molded product, and separating the tongs and the transparent and translucent glass panels.
